Yes, normally the name "Quack" is associated with the Medical Industry, however - the tag' is more commonly indicative of poor quality work & lackadaisical professionalism & performance. It is to say, that the individual (probably) isn't any good at what they are doing; and/or couldn't care less about the ramifications of their shoddy work. ethics, mfg'd goods or laws. Leastwise, that's our definition. The Ducks, are simply visual aids of measure, with ratings from 1-4 in either class (with "4" being the highest).

Good Ducks - They who put out the extra effort & clearly show respect & solid appreciation for the Consumer, Entity or Friend.
Bad Ducks - Those who couldn't care less about doing business with any Respect & Dignity; Doing what they do, for "profit or gain" alone.

We provide FREE Mail Notification to the Quackee' of the action you have taken. we do not mention your name or give out any personal information on you. If they wish to rectify the situation (or dastardly deed), they must use the formal COMPLAINT REMOVAL REQUEST FORM.
