Emailed Them: You know, enough is enough; you've had ample opportunity to give me the support you boast you have. 1. Your reference is coming off my site. 2. I'm going to go ahead and list you on quacksrus.com. Anyone who would purposely ignore a customer (as you have me), does'nt deserve the good name (you claim to have). Had I known this was going to happen, I'd have never bought anything from you. That's another $130+ down the drain I guess. Live and learn. By the way: your "php chat" software doesn't work worth a crud either and your "firestarter" constantly messes up. Along with your goofy customer service, that makes it "3 for 3". Have a great day, and enjoy spending the money I couldn't afford to waste.

The worst part of it all, is that I kept sending the correct URL for them to look at, and they continued to go to another page instead (citing "the form works") Sure it does - on that page. But the other form is a "file upload form" on another page; it does not work. The biggest joke in all of this, is that these people FLAT OUT Do Not Listen. I've Spent over two days trying to get help on this, and I have gotten absolutely no where. Give me a break, Coffee Cup.

"I recently signed up with People PC and as a (gimmick) they asked if I would like to speak with a rep from Video Professor. I had no problem in doing so and spoke with a gentleman who said he could hook me up with their program on HTML for $3.95 shipping fee. If I liked what I got I could go ahead and become a member and would be charged in the future for any other products that I bought. After recieving the disks in the mail I noticed two charges to my credit card. The first charge was for $89.95 and the second for $3.95 I never authorized any of these rip off artists to deduct from my account $89.95. When I called and spoke to someone else she told me they would not do that because they have a certain speil they read off of and that the guy who signed me up for this could not deviate from that speil. I don't know what there deal is, but at no time was I told I would be charged for this product. I was told to try it out and that if I liked their product I could continue to purchase future products.

To tell a customer one thing in order to obtain their credit card information in hopes that they don't see what is going on behind the scenes is called fraud and somebody should come in and shut you guys down for misleading people. When your on a fixed income this sort of thing really hurts and I'm very, very disappointed that you choose to conduct your business practices in such a manner.:
